A Bit About Annamarie

Annamarie Mann is a transformation strategist and executive advisor who works at the intersection of people, organizational systems, leadership, and change. For more than two decades, she has helped leaders make sense of complex organizational challenges, sorting through competing priorities, symptoms, and noise to identify how to move forward.
 

Her perspective has been shaped by a broad mix of advisory and operating experience. At Gallup, Annamarie led a global consulting practice focused on helping organizations improve performance through their people and workplaces. She later served as an executive leader in a rapidly scaling healthcare organization, experiencing firsthand the organizational realities that accompany significant growth and change. Today, at Vail Resorts, she partners with executive and senior leaders on enterprise transformation, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture.
 

Across her career, Annamarie has worked with organizations and leaders facing very different challenges, but with a consistent focus: understanding how strategy, people, leadership, and organizational systems interact and where misalignment among them is creating friction. She draws on organizational research, emerging thinking, and lessons across industries to challenge assumptions and introduce new possibilities, while staying grounded in what can actually work in the context of the business.
