Danny Canary

Danny Canary is the Sr. Director of Culture and Talent at Crate and Barrel, the Chicago-based home furnishings retailer with more than 100 stores across the United States and Canada. He leads the team building the company's culture, leadership pipeline, and frontline training.

Before Crate and Barrel, he held leadership roles at Portillo's, Disney, Southwest Airlines, Ulta Beauty (the largest specialty beauty retailer in the U.S.), and United Airlines, with his time at Disney shaping how he thinks about culture and the guest experience.

He holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern Kellogg, where he serves as Class Ambassador. He lives in Evanston with his husband, Bryce, and their son, Milo.
