With two decades of executive leadership experience, she oversees comprehensive talent development ecosystems, including agile learning infrastructures, corporate centers of excellence, gamification strategies, and targeted operational training.
 

Over the past twenty years, she has helped redesign how major healthcare networks build, align, and scale talent. By embedding sophisticated adult learning methodologies directly into the flow of clinical and administrative work across organizations like Penn State Health, OhioHealth, Medical University of South Carolina, and Parallon, she has successfully bridged the gap between education and execution.
