A Bit About Dr. Sandesh

With 25 years of dynamic contributions to the real estate industry, Dr. Sandesh Bilgi has made substantial
contributions with distinction. As a Top Producer and Luxury Specialist, he earned recognition among the
Top 1% by the Chicago Association of Realtors. His early career accolades include being awarded Rookie of
the Year and forming a state-ranked producing team where he excelled as a team leader.

Building on his impressive sales career, Dr. Bilgi transitioned into leadership roles, serving as a Director of
Training and Recruitment and later as a Managing Broker. His trajectory included roles as Chief Operating
Officer of a large unaffiliated company and President of Operations for an affiliated company, where he
played a pivotal role in driving growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Dr. Bilgi's academic credentials are as noteworthy as his professional achievements. He holds a Bachelor of
Science in Psychology from Bradley University, a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy
University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. His published dissertation is on
how to motivate remote working employees to increase job satisfaction and performance. Additionally, he is
certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and holds a Level 5 Master’s Certification in Coaching with
USA Hockey.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bilgi has been a transformative force in the Chicagoland real estate scene
mentoring over 10,000 aspiring Realtors. He is an Illinois Real Estate Pre-License and Continuing Education
Instructor and holds a Managing Broker license. Dr. Bilgi is fluent in all real estate law, compliance, practices,
as well as the best practices to operating a real estate business that is sustainable, focused on growth, and
succession planning.

His professional journey includes time with Anywhere Real Estate in Franchise Sales, where he spearheaded
brand development for the Midwest. Later, as Senior National Trainer for the Expansion Brands Portfolio, he
coached and trained brokers and agents across the country, reaching a network of 300,000 agents. His
expertise centers on agent productivity, lead generation, value proposition, recruiting, and retention.
A motivational speaker and former sport psychology consultant, Sandesh has combined his insights from the
athletic and real estate worlds to help individuals achieve optimal performance.

Currently, as Vice President of Global Learning for Sotheby’s International Realty, he oversees agent and
leadership training, development, coaching, and training of 26,500 agents spanning 1,150 offices in 46 states
and 84 countries. His mission is to empower agents with world-class learning opportunities, ensuring both
personal and professional growth.
